Ghosthead BaronVonJello recently finished designing a 3D Ghost Trap. The file will be used to be printed from the 3D printing community and company Shapeways.

Prior to learning Phillip Avery created a 3D Printable Ghost Trap we knew ghosthead Tommy B was building a Proton Pack from printing 3D parts. As far as we knew (until today) this is the first 1:1 scale prop Proton Pack made by printing necessary pieces. We really like what Tommy B created. We’re pleased its a prop, not operational high tech (and potentially dangerous) equipment.
Tommy B used a Makerbot Replica 2 3D Printer to print the parts. Parts files came from software engineer Tony Goacher and are hosted at Thingiverse. Printable 3D files can be used for individual, non commercial use. Continue reading
3D Printers and related software can be great for companies and individuals. For personal use, corporations like Ghostbusters Inc. don’t really want to see individuals printing our copyrighted and potentially dangerous (without proper training) equipment. We know the above Ghost Trap, printed by Phillip Avery (My Mini Factory) doesn’t actually work to catch paranormal entities. Eventually the technology will come far enough to replicate inferior operational equipment. Even if we authorized a label so we won’t be liable, we do and will have to look after our best interests. We’re not sure why Ghostbusters™ The Ultimate Visual History wasn’t released during Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary. At least it was thought of and is being worked on.
We were aware this book would be happening. We didn’t know the entire contents (even now really in context) of what this Ghostbusters hardcover will contain.
Amazon has provided more insight. Why couldn’t they have waited until Summer? We’re excited already. 🙂
Ghostbusters Incorporated’s Word Press monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for GB Inc. Thank you to everyone who visited and supported us during GHOSTBUSTERS™ 30th Anniversary and GHOSTBUSTERS II™ 25th Anniversary.
Have a safe, happy, and healthy new year! Way to be clichéd! More Ghostbusters content to come during 2015! Continue reading

We call it getting ready for work. #GB30
If you live in the Toronto, ON area, GHOSTBUSTERS™ will be playing at Cineplex’s Colossus Theater on Thursday, October 30, 2014. Even better, all proceeds will be donated to the SickKids Foundation. Not one, but two showtimes! 7:00, 7:30 PM. While going to the Colossus Theater to see Ghostbusters and for charity is more then enough there will be more. Continue reading
Even we knew it was a matter of time before GHOSTBUSTERS™ original patents would find their way on-line due in part to United States law and our successes. Not just with the study and removal of paranormal phenomenon, with outside marketing ventures.
While Ghostbusters Incorporated has known these patents have been ‘public record’ for quite some time, we certainly weren’t going to bring it to the public’s attention. Without proper understanding and training of such equipment, their can be a danger to oneself and the public.
Why then did self proclaimed “best site in the world” post about it? Without asking we already know the answer. Continue reading
